Yes, yes, it is an off year, and yes it is a primary, but good lord, average turnout was still above 10% for the valley. But, man, the extra 15 minutes of sleep were worth it.

You know, it was neck and neck between you and Draper, but you had to go and one up them by not doing anything!

Did you know that five out of six candidates were less than 500 votes apart? Did you also know that 43,000 people didn’t vote?!

You city will now be run by one of two candidates, and only two percent of your entire city’s voting population chose that person!

So, bravo West Jordan – your utter disdain for the democratic process proves how much you care about America. Now you go on and complain about how we “need to kick the bums out.”
