The OLRGC&#039;s smarties now dictate the agenda, instead of serving legislator requests (which they still do, just not in a way that jeopardizes the OLRGC&#039;s agenda). The agenda: grow the state of Utah.

The Statewide Association of Prosecutor&#039;s Paul Boyden has referred to more than one bill as a &quot;Tom Vaughn special.&quot;

Vaughn is an attorney at the OLRGC.</description>
